Working towards a SEAN-ERA(English)

Jan Joost Kessler, one of the methodological forces behind SEAN, issued a book called "Working towards SEAN-ERA". The thesis explains the background to SEAN, and presents a new approach of using Emotions, Rationality and early Actions drivers when deploying SEAN.
